Replacement and Return Policy:

We are sorry that you are not 100% satisfied with our product, so we accept exchange and return within 14 days, provided the product is safe and in the same condition as delivered.


1 - Communicate with customer service indicating the products to be replaced or returned and the reasons for making the return or exchange request.
2- Transfer expenses are added according to the customer’s location. The transfer price will be determined by the company in case of return or replacement.
3 - After submitting an exchange or return request, wrap the item back in its packaged condition upon receipt.
4 - In the event that the customer opens the plastic bag, the mattress is deducted from the value of the salary, 25% of the price of the mattress.
5- In the event of payment through one of the installment system, the exchange or refund will be made within 72 hours only.
6 - The process of replacement or return will take place within 24 hours of informing the customer of the return or replacement request.
